Why slabs

Every card business answers one question: what do you stand for? Mine is simple — big slabs. High-end graded grails, the kind of cards that stop a conversation when they hit the table.

There are three reasons. The first is presence. A slab is an object, not just a card; weight, label, and pop all do work that a binder page can’t. The second is trust. A grade is a third party putting its name next to the condition, which makes every deal cleaner on both sides.

The third is liquidity. Grails in One Piece, Riftbound, and Pokémon have real, observable markets — eBay sold listings and TCGplayer data tell you what something is worth, not what someone hopes it’s worth. I comp everything, and I price off what actually sold.

The shop — bulk, playables, the everyday stuff — keeps things moving. But the slabs are the point. Buy the best card you can, know exactly why it’s worth it, and never apologize for the size of the case it comes in.
